How do I place an order?

Shopping at Lagifi Shop is easy and secure. Placing an online order requires just a few steps:

  • Select an item you would like to purchase, and then click the Buy Now button from either the quick view or product detail page.
  • You can then choose to continue shopping or go directly to Checkout.
  • Once you are finished shopping, click on Shopping Cart at the top right corner of page, and follow the Checkout steps.
  • You will receive an email confirming your order that includes your order number.

What should I do if I cannot complete the checkout process?

What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

lagifi shipping worldwide in many countries. In other areas, shipping costs apply.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Sorry, We do not support this method.

How long will delivery take?

The following list serves as a rough guide, more exact shipping times for your country are given during check-out. Please note that there may be delays on rare occasions or in remote areas. Some Standard Delivery shipments cannot be tracked.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D secure procedure.

What exactly happens after ordering?

If you purchased a product via the Ijmax online shop, you can track the status of your order in your NI User Account on our website. You can verify if the payment succeeded, if your hardware product was shipped already, etc. This article shows where to find the Order Status of your product and explains the different status codes.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

You receive an invoice for each order placed in our webshop with an e-mail whose subject is “Shipping confirmation and invoice”.

If you cannot find this e-mail in your Inbox, please check inside your SPAM folder. Please note the invoice is sent in a separate e-mail from the one in which you receive your serial number.
